//01About this position

What it is

Mounted control where the top player isolates both of the bottom player's arms - one pinned under the shin or knee, the other trapped across the top player's shoulder or chest. With neither arm able to frame or bridge-post, the bottom player's primary mount escapes are removed and the centerline opens for collar chokes and isolated arm attacks. The position sits within the mount-attack system as a high-control bridge toward the back and submission entries.
